About me

I am a character animator and VFX artist with more than 20 years of experience in computer game development. I do animation, character design, modeling, texturing and rigging. I’ve done both in-game and cutscene animation for many types of games, from Mobile to MMOs, First-Person Shooters to Console Platformers. I am currently the producer of a first-person combat simulator game designed for the State Department to train agents protecting US embassies around the world.

I’ve been an art director for four dev teams, including the Stygian Abyss expansion for Ultima Online, and have helped put together outsourcing teams in China and India.

I am Associate Director of the Game Design Program at George Mason University, where I teach courses in animation and game art development.

Before animation, I was a freelance comic book illustrator and graphic designer. I have a passion for bringing characters to life and telling a compelling visual story.
